Booklet Printing
Saddle‐stitched booklets are bound with iron wire “nails” rather than pre-formed staples. In production, a machine cuts wire from a coil, pierces and bends it through the folded pages and cover, then trims all edges flush for a neat finish. Because the spine is narrow, rounded, and shows exposed wire, printing on it isn’t possible. At YBJ Printing, we specialize in precision saddle stitching for catalogs, programs, manuals, and promotional booklets—backed by advanced equipment and rigorous quality control to ensure crisp, professional results.
