Material Specifications & Protection

Our booster packs are constructed from multi-layer laminate films, typically combining PET (Polyethylene Terephthalate), AL (Aluminum Foil), and LLDPE (Linear Low-Density Polyethylene). This composition offers distinct advantages:

Barrier Protection: The aluminum layer blocks UV light and moisture, preventing card warping and fading during storage or shipping.
Seal Strength: The inner PE layer ensures a strong heat seal that prevents accidental opening while remaining easy for players to tear open.
Opaque Finish: High-density materials ensure the cards inside cannot be identified through the wrapper, maintaining game integrity.

Holographic Effects and Printing

We offer selective and full-flood holographic finishes. By applying a white ink underlayer (white mask) to specific parts of your design, we can control which areas appear metallic and which appear solid. This technique allows for striking logos and character art that pop against a shimmering background. We support CMYK printing over cold foil or holographic film bases.

Customization Options

Every TCG project has unique requirements. We can adjust the following parameters to fit your manufacturing needs:

Pack Capacity: Sized to fit standard 63mm x 88mm cards (Poker size) or 59mm x 86mm (Bridge/Japanese size), holding anywhere from 5 to 15 cards per pack.
Seal Type: Choose between Fin Seal (center crimp, industry standard) or Lap Seal (flat back) depending on your collation machinery or aesthetic preference.
Hang Holes: Optional sombrero or round hang holes can be integrated for retail peg display.
